SEVENTEEN

Seventeen. What an age to live. Caught between responsibility and no care in the world. Some of us learn to either plan a future and walk the path of responsibility, and then some of us, decide that life isn’t worth the headache and walk the path of a care free adult. Some make it, some don’t. But for the most part, it all starts with seventeen. You can drive, you can work, but you’re still stuck in the educational system of a prison without the freedom of an adult. Seventeen was a frustrating time for most of us. Feeling stuck. Not knowing where to go or what to do. Stress piling in. Expectations from those around rising with every day. Anxiety builds. Depression can form. All while trying to figure out this thing called life. Seventeen, what an age to be. But most of us wouldn’t trade it for anything. Seventeen.
